How does Winche find jobs for me?
Winche monitors 22 job sources — including ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workable, plus ZonaJobs, Bumeran and Computrabajo — on a recurring schedule. New postings are deduplicated across sources and evaluated against your profile by an LLM, so you only review opportunities that actually fit. Each scan matches you against the shared pool of fresh openings.
Does Winche apply to jobs automatically?
Winche prepares everything for you — a tailored CV, cover letter and pre-filled application — but nothing is ever sent without your approval. On Recruitee you can send in 1 click after approving; everywhere else (including ZonaJobs, Bumeran and Computrabajo) you finish on the original posting. The Chrome extension captures the offer; it does not auto-submit.
