Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card for Free?
No. Free requires no payment method. You only subscribe if you want PRO.
How does radar mode work?
When you confirm you started a new job (an offer alone does not count), Winche asks if you want radar mode. Accept and the price moves from USD 11.99 to USD 3.99/mo with prorating from that day. Radar is only available from PRO.
Can I switch back to search mode from radar?
Yes, anytime from your profile. Search mode (USD 11.99/mo) reactivates with immediate prorating.
Are taxes included?
Yes. Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record and handles taxes globally. The price you see is the final price, always in US dollars.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the customer portal and keep PRO access until the end of the paid period.
