Winche is an AI-powered job search platform that scans 26 job boards, scores every opportunity against your profile, and prepares applications with ATS-optimized CVs — with human approval at every step.

What we do

Winche was born from a concrete problem: job hunting consumes weeks of manual work that almost nobody has. Browsing boards, filtering irrelevant listings, rewriting your CV for every application and chasing the status of each process is unpaid industrial-scale labor.

Winche automates that pipeline: it scans the boards for you, evaluates with AI which openings actually fit your profile (A–F score with gap analysis), generates a tailored ATS-optimized CV per job, and prepares the application. You review and approve: nothing is ever submitted without your explicit confirmation.

Where the data comes from

The job data we publish (jobs, salaries, companies and remote-work pages) is collected from public job boards: corporate ATS platforms — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Teamtailor — and regional Latin American portals — Computrabajo, ZonaJobs, Bumeran, InfoJobs, Indeed, GetOnBoard, among others.

We only publish public fields of each listing: title, company, location, work mode, salary (when published) and the link back to the source board. We never publish user data.

Salary methodology

Salary pages aggregate only active listings with published salary. The median and observed range are computed from those real data points; values are normalized to monthly USD when possible so they can be compared across countries. We only generate a page when at least 3 listings or 3 salary points back it — never content without data.

Pages are regenerated daily from a fresh snapshot of the active pool, and every page shows its last-updated date.

Privacy and human control

Your CV, board sessions and activity are private: never shared with third parties and never published. Assisted application mode requires your approval on every submission (human-in-the-loop), and you can delete your account and data at any time from the dashboard.
