Winche ("we", "us", or "our") provides an AI-assisted job search and application platform available at winche.ai and through the Winche browser extension. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have over it.

1. Information We Collect

Account information includes your name, email address, avatar, and the authentication provider you used to sign in.

Profile and CV data can include your uploaded resume, work history, skills, languages, salary expectations, preferences, and optional documents you ask Winche to generate.

If you use the browser extension, Winche can store job-board session data after you explicitly connect a supported board. Winche does not collect or store your board passwords.

We also collect operational usage data required to run the product, such as job matches, application states, and agent execution logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Operate and secure your account
  • Match your profile against job opportunities
  • Generate tailored CVs, cover letters, and interview material
  • Submit approved applications on your behalf
  • Show you product status, agent progress, and account activity
  • Improve the service and investigate abuse or failures

3. Infrastructure And Security

Winche uses Firebase and Google Cloud services for authentication, storage, and application data.

Traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS. Stored job-board session data is encrypted before use in automated application flows.

Access to your stored data is scoped to your authenticated account and internal service components that need it to execute product features you triggered.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We only share data with job boards or employers when you approve an application, with infrastructure and AI providers needed to run product features, or when required by law.

When AI services are used, we minimize the amount of personal data sent and keep that data limited to the task being performed.

5. Retention And Your Rights

We retain your data while your account is active or while it is needed to provide the service. You can update your profile, disconnect job-board sessions, or delete your account from the app.

Deleting your account removes user-scoped documents, uploaded files, generated artifacts, and related product data, subject to technical backup windows and legal obligations.
