Terms of Service

1. The Service

Winche provides tools to scan job boards, evaluate opportunities against your profile using AI, generate tailored application materials, and optionally submit applications on your behalf after your explicit approval.

The service is provided for personal, non-commercial job search purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the service to build competing products.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Winche offers a free plan and a PRO plan at $11.99/month (search mode) or $3.99/month (radar mode). Prices are shown inclusive of all applicable taxes — there are no hidden fees.

Subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms available at lemonsqueezy.com.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal and retain PRO access through the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not cancel before the price change takes effect, you accept the new price.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service to submit false or misleading application materials
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service
• Do not attempt to access other users' data
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. AI-Generated Content

CVs, cover letters, and other materials generated by Winche are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing their accuracy before submitting them to employers.

Winche makes no guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free or that it will result in interview invitations or job offers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Winche does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific job-search outcomes, or compatibility with every job board.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Winche's total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Winche is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of opportunity or employment.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
