Refund Policy

This policy describes how refunds and cancellations work for Winche PRO subscriptions. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record.

Cancellations

You can cancel your PRO subscription at any time from the customer portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew and you will retain PRO access through the end of the current billing period you have already paid for.

No partial refund is issued for unused days when you cancel mid-period — the access you paid for remains active until the period ends.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund if you request it within 7 days of your initial PRO subscription charge and have not used more than 3 CV tailoring operations, 3 cover letters, or 1 auto-apply during that period.

Renewals (monthly charges after the first) are not refundable, as the service was available to you throughout the period.

Switching between search ($11.99/month) and radar ($3.99/month) modes is handled via prorated billing — the difference is credited or charged immediately and is not separately refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligibility window, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address associated with your account.

We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience a billing error or technical issue that prevented you from using the service, contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
